Wana Snowboard Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Sponsor:
The Walled Lake Greenhouse, LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Michigan.

Promotion Period:
The Wana Snowboard Giveaway begins on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on February 28, 2026.

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of Michigan who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of The Greenhouse of Walled Lake, Wana Brands, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

• Void where prohibited by law.

No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available at www.greenhousemi.com during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a Wana-branded snowboard.
Approximate retail value (ARV): [optional — can be added if you want].

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on March 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification:
The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winner must provide valid proof of age and identity prior to prize release.

Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name, likeness, and/or submitted entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues related to website access.

Release of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Greenhouse of Walled Lake, Wana Brands, and their respective owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
